Under The Weather?

I began this card by applying embossing paste to a piece of

vellum using a MFT stencil.  While waiting for that to dry I

prepared the other elements of the card.

I stamped and embossed the first sentiment on a grey piece of

card and the second on a label shape.  The clouds were cut

from wool felt and the sun is a pierced circle.

I adhered the elements to each other and then added them to the 

vellum layer with foam tape. I added a blue layer before attaching

it all to a white card.
