Belated Birthday Wishes

I made this card using mainly My Favourite Things

Blueprints 18.  The pattern paper layer is adhered

with foam tape to add dimension.  I stamped MFT Spotlight

Sentiments on the silvery/grey layer and the sentiment is Paper

Smooches.  I added another die cut from Blueprints 18 and a button 

from my stash.  I layered the front panel onto yellow card before

adding it to the card base.
