Get Well Soon Card

This card was made with Paper Smooches Borders 1 dies, Picked Raspberry Distress Ink, Mama Elephant Labeled Messages, My Favorite Things cardstock and Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Mix sequins.

I water coloured the white layer with several layers of distress ink and once dry I flicked on some white copic pigment.  I stamped the sentiment with versafine ink and die cut the border die twice to make the 'heartbeat' line....(do those lines have a proper name??)  Lastly I added a few sequins.

MFT - Snuggle Bunnies

This card was made My Favorite Things Snuggle Bunnies stamps and dies, Stitched Circle Scallop Frame, Distress Inks in Ripe Persimmon, Candied Apple and Scattered Staw, Distress Watercolor cardstock, Copic Sketch markers, Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Mix and Bazzill cardstock and vellum.

The first step was to create the ink blended background panel which I then lightly spritzed with water.  I set this aside to dry whilst I stamped and coloured the 2 images.  The sentiment was heat embossed with Hero Arts white embossing powder.  I then die cut the scallop frame and added vellum behind it to help the main images stand out.  I then adhered everything to a top folding card base using foam tape for the sentiment and images.  The final step was to add the sequins.

MFT Beary Special Birthday

This card was made with My Favorite Things Beary Special Birthday stamps and dies, Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn and Peacock Feathers, Distress Watercolor cardstock, Hero Arts white embossing powder, Blueprints 15 and MFT cardstock and Bazzill Vellum.

The images were stamped, coloured with Copics and die cut.  These were set aside while images from the stamp set were heat emossed on the watercolor cardstock.  The panel was then watercoloured using the Distress inks listed above.  The sentiment was heat embossed onto a black flag die cut.  The watercoloured panel was die cut with the largest Blueprints die and then the elements were adhered over a vellum circle using foam tape to add some dimension.

Galaxy Background - First Attempt

This card was created with Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry, Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot, My Favorite Things Count The Stars stamps and dies, Copic Opaque White Pigment and Bazzill cardstock.

The inks were layered onto watercolour cardstock and then lightly spritzed with water.  Copic pigment was then flicked over the entire panel.  The largest die from MFT Blueprints 13 was used to cut the panel to size.  Vellum was die cut with the word die and then heat embossed in white as was the sentiment.  Both were added to the galaxy layer with foam tape behind the word die cut for dimension.

Glasses Card

This card was made using Paper Smooches Incognito stamps and Glasses die, Tim Holtz Distress ink in Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, Mustard Seed and Distress Watercolor cardstock, Copic Opaque White pigment, vellum and googly eyes from my stash and Bazzill Cardstock.

The glasses were die cut from watercolor cardstock and then painted with the distress inks.  The background was also created using the same inks and then die cut using a stitched die. The Copic pigment was then flicked over the watercolouring.  The sentiment was stamped with Versafine Onxy Black and then the glasses were adhered.  Vellum was added behind the pink glasses to achieve a 'fogged' effect and finally googly eyes were added to the yellow glasses.

Birthday Card

This card was made using Penny Black By The Numbers die , Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn and Mermaid Lagoon,  MFT Stitched Rectangle, MFT Cardstock and Avery Elle Handwritten Notes.

I die cut the numbers die from watercolour cardstock and coloured it with the inks listed above.  Whilst that dried I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment.  To put the card together I used foam tape behind the die cut and under the sentiment strips but adhered the white layer flat to a top folding card base.

13, Die-namics Inside/Outside Stitched Rectangles, Simon says
Stamp Ice Cream Dream, Heidi Swapp September Skies paper,
Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Cardstock, Distress Inks and
 Bazzil Cardstock.

I stamped the images with versafine onyx black ink and then

added a panel of die cut paper before adhereing the
watercoloured layer with foam tape.  The final step was to coat
each of the images with a clear Wink of Stella glitter pen.

On the inside I stamped a further sentiment and 2 smaller ice
