Let's Hang Out

This card was made using Blueprints 21 by My Favourite Things

and Dotted Elle-ments by Avery Elle.  

I used the Blueprints to create the apeture and then adhered

 paper behind it.  I then used the dotted die to cut the 

white layer.  I heat embossed a Paper Smooches sentiment

 and adhered it with foam tape.  The final touch was to add 

a few enamel dots.
